Dispute FAQs
Answers to the questions we hear most often about the dispute process.
How long does a dispute review take?
Most disputes move from Pending to a resolution within 3–6 business days. Cases that get escalated, or that need more evidence from either side, can take longer. See Statuses & timelines for a breakdown by stage.
Can I withdraw a dispute after submitting it?
Yes — contact support and reference your dispute case number to have it withdrawn. Withdrawing closes the case without a resolution; it doesn't restore any booking actions that were paused while the dispute was open.
Can I have more than one dispute open on the same booking?
No. Only one active dispute is allowed per booking at a time. If you have a new issue on a booking that already has an open dispute, add it as evidence or a note on the existing case instead of filing a second one.
What happens to the booking while a dispute is open?
The booking isn't frozen. You can still take actions like confirming pickup, delivery, or cancelling — you'll just be asked to confirm each one, since it proceeds independently of the dispute outcome.
Do I need evidence to raise a dispute?
It's not strictly required to submit the form, but disputes with clear evidence (photos, delivery paperwork, message screenshots) are reviewed and resolved faster than ones without it.
Who can see what I submit?
The other party in the booking can see your dispute type, description, and evidence, since they need the chance to respond. Internal reviewer notes are never shown to either party.
What if I disagree with the resolution?
Reply on the support ticket linked to your dispute with the specific reason you disagree and any new evidence. Cases that need a second look are escalated to a senior reviewer.
Does filing a dispute affect my account rating?
No — filing a dispute in good faith doesn't affect your rating. Penalties are only applied to a party found to have acted in bad faith or breached platform guidelines, as part of the resolution.
