Typical timing Immediate, right after submission.
Carriers can see the job and are preparing quotes.
Typical timing First quotes often arrive within a few hours for Standard urgency; faster for Urgent/ASAP.
One or more Carriers have submitted a quote for you to review and compare.
Typical timing You can accept a quote at any time — there's no deadline unless a Carrier sets one.
You've accepted a quote. The job is now a confirmed booking with an assigned Carrier.
Typical timing Starts as soon as you accept a quote.
The Carrier has picked up the load and is en route to the delivery location.
Typical timing Duration depends on the route and agreed delivery window.
The Carrier has marked the load as delivered. You'll be asked to confirm delivery.
Typical timing Confirm promptly so payment can be released to the Carrier.
Delivery is confirmed and payment has been released. The booking is finished.
Typical timing Final — you can still leave a review from here.
